HR Business Partner – Sales Operation (Executive) – DUA PENDEKAR AYAM

ABOUT THE ROLE: 

We’re looking for a hungry, action-oriented HR Executive to join our Sales Operation team and support our aggressive store expansion across Indonesia. 

You’ll be the boots on the ground — executing recruitment drives, coordinating onboarding sessions, and ensuring our stores are staffed and ready to win from Day One. This role is your launchpad into strategic HR within a fast-scaling F&B brand. 

This is a full-time & field-based role based in Malang, with regular travel to store locations, and you’ll be reporting directly to the HR Business Partner – Sales Operation (Manager). 

WHAT YOU’LL DO: 

🎯 Execute Recruitment Campaigns – Run end-to-end hiring for store crews: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding coordination across multiple locations. 

📋 Support Workforce Planning – Assist in tracking headcount requirements, candidate pipelines, and hiring timelines to keep pace with store openings. 

🚀 Deliver Practical Onboarding – Conduct or coordinate onboarding sessions that get new hires store-ready fast — think orientation, compliance, culture immersion. 

📍 Be Present in the Field – Travel to new and existing store sites to support recruitment events, onboarding activities, and team engagement initiatives. 

📊 Maintain HR Data & Reports – Keep accurate records of recruitment metrics, attrition data, and workforce analytics to support decision-making. 

🤝 Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work closely with Store Managers and Ops teams to understand their people needs and deliver talent solutions on time. 

🔄 Support Process Improvements – Help refine and document scalable HR processes that enable us to grow faster without losing quality. 

YOU’RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU: 

  • Love moving fast — and aren’t afraid of tight deadlines or last-minute challenges. 
  • Have 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in retail, F&B, hospitality, or high-volume hiring environments. 
  • Know how to recruit at volume — sourcing, screening, and closing candidates quickly without cutting corners. 
  • Are a natural problem-solver — you find ways to make things happen, even with limited resources. 
  • Thrive in dynamic, field-based settings — you’d rather be at a store opening than stuck behind a desk all day. 
  • Communicate effectively — you can connect with frontline crews, store managers, and senior leadership alike.
  • Are detail-oriented and organized — you can juggle multiple hiring pipelines and keep everything on track. 
  • Want to grow — this role offers real exposure to strategic HR, workforce planning, and business partnership in a scaling company.
