We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic HRGA Manager to join our team. In this full-time position based in Malang, East Java, you will oversee all aspects of human resources, general affairs, training, people development, and management relations for our operations.
What you’ll be doing
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and policies to attract, develop, and retain top talent
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and termination
- Maintaining harmonious relationships with all employees
- Coordinate general affairs functions such as facilities management, procurement, and administrative support
- Analyse HR and GA metrics to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR initiatives with the company’s strategic objectives
- Mentor and develop the HR and GA teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a HR or HRGA Manager role, preferably within the FnB Management
- Proven track record in developing and implementing effective HR strategies and policies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and use insights to drive continuous improvement
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and HR information systems
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
